Return & Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. We offer a 45-day risk-free trial beginning on the day your shipment is delivered. If you decide to return your product during this period, we’ve designed the process to be clear and hassle-free.

Before sending anything back, you MUST contact our Customer Service team to open a return request. This step is necessary to ensure your return is processed correctly and remains eligible for a refund. Any package sent to us without prior authorization will be refused and returned to the sender.

To start a return, simply reach out by phone, text, or email using the contact information provided at the end of this policy. All return requests made within the 45-day window will include a brief phone call with our support staff or a video consultation with one of our hearing specialists. This helps us understand your situation and offer any guidance or support before a return is finalized.

To remain within the trial period, your return package must be dropped off and scanned by the carrier no later than the 45th day after your delivery date.

Returns Within 45 Days

Customers who are still within the 45-day trial period and have received formal authorization from our support team are eligible for a refund. To qualify, the hearing aids must be sent back in their original packaging, along with all included accessories—such as the charging case, cable, earbuds, cleaning tools, and any other components. Products must be in working condition and free from damage.

If our team identifies a manufacturer defect during inspection, a full refund will be issued. However, products with damage from physical impact, water exposure, wax buildup due to poor maintenance, or any unauthorized modifications will not be eligible for a refund.

Once your return is delivered, we will inspect the contents to confirm that they meet the return requirements. This review typically takes 3–5 business days, and refunds are processed shortly afterward. Refund timelines may vary depending on your financial institution.

Returns After 45 Days

Returns requested or received after the 45-day trial period cannot be refunded. Any items sent back without authorization or beyond the return window will be shipped back to you. If you would like the items returned, a $5 shipping fee will be required.

Refunds are issued once the returned hearing aids are received. Please allow up to 10 days from the date we receive your package for the refund to fully process. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been completed.

Order Cancellations

  • We can cancel the order for you if you contact us in time after your purchase. If your payment finished and the parcel is not shipped out, you can cancel your order before your item’s delivery. And we will refund full of your money.
  • Orders can't be canceled once the parcel is shipped out.
